¹⁵ The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites.^(A) You must listen to him.

¹⁸ I will raise up for them a prophet^(A) like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words^(B) in his mouth.^(C) He will tell them everything I command him.^(D)

¹¹ The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet^(A) from Nazareth in Galilee.”

¹⁹ “What things?” he asked.

“About Jesus of Nazareth,”^(A) they replied. “He was a prophet,^(B) powerful in word and deed before God and all the people.
